About Tailored Fit

Tailored Fit was founded in 2015 by executive health coach, Ben Davies. Since 2012 he has been working with CEOs, MDs, Global Heads and Partners of companies to optimise their health and performance.

He has spent the last 5 years working alongside biomechanical, nutritional and mental health specialists which has helped to shape his approach to optimal performance. After seeing 2 of his high-performing clients fall foul to burnout he knew he had to develop a proactive approach to staff wellbeing.

When it came to developing corporate wellness programmes, Ben saw 2 key challenges: the need to develop minimally disruptive, yet effective strategies and the need for data-driven objectivity. This shaped the development of Tailored Fit’s three-pillared approach; Mental, Physical and Nutritional Wellness.
