Yoga uses a combination of static postures and movements to gain body control, strength, flexibility and balance. It is a great means of getting staff out of poor postures while allowing them time to de-stress.
Our Pilates classes are mat based and give different levels of intensity so everyone can work to their own ability. Classes are designed to strengthen the whole body and to help realign posture and muscular imbalances.
Run clubs combine exercise with time out of the office, which can be great for clearing the head. No equipment is needed and no space is required. Having an expert lead the class ensures it is conducted safely and effectively.
